Dubai corporate advisory.
Shareholder entry, addition of activities, licence renewal and record updates for your Dubai company. The procedures are carried out by the team that carried out the formation.
- Changes are recorded with the free zone authority
- We have our own offices in Dubai, the United Kingdom and Northern Cyprus
Situations Where the Service Is Required.
Every procedure affecting the company's structure falls within this scope. The six most common situations:
Shareholder entry or exit
A share transfer is processed with the free zone authority; the beneficial owner register is also updated.
Change of manager
The new manager is notified to the authority and the company documents are reissued.
Adding a new activity
The activity is added to the licence; if an additional permit is required, this is notified at the outset.
Change in office requirements
From a shared desk to a private office; the option can be changed as your activity grows.
Considering a second country
We have offices in three countries; the country suited to your activity is assessed together.
The company not being used
A company does not close by itself; licence cancellation and liquidation are carried out separately.
Company Structure Suited to Your Activity.
A single company structure is suitable for most activities. A second country is added where the activity requires it.
Free zone and licence
The choice between IFZA, Meydan and DWTC is made according to your plan, not according to price.
Ownership and management
Share allocation, manager, number of visas and workspace are planned together.
Tax is assessed separately
Forming a company does not by itself provide a tax advantage; the outcome depends on your residence.
