Separating VAT from a VAT-inclusive amount
Not 5% of the total; net amount = total ÷ 1.05. In a VAT-inclusive total of AED 10,500, the VAT is not AED 525 but AED 500. Taking 5% of the total would tax the total rather than the net amount; the correct method is to divide the total by 1.05 to find the net amount. The VAT share within the total is therefore 4.76% at every amount.
Outside the scope of the tool
It does not state whether you are required to register. The threshold rule is shown on screen; however, which amounts count towards the threshold depends on your activity and cannot be determined with this tool.
